Out of Hours Burns Support

 

We appreciate that from time to time it is necessary to order Allograft outside of our normal office hours (Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm, excluding public holidays).

Regen Medical offers the following Out of Hours Burns Support service for such situations.

PLEASE NOTE: Regen Medical will use reasonable endeavours to dispatch Allograft by the stated time. Unforeseen circumstances may affect this. Delivery will be made by a dedicated same-day courier, subject to prevailing road conditions.

Procedure

1. Please phone 01793 575 041. Regen Medical staff will answer, take your order and commence Out of Hours Support.

2. Please ensure you provide the following information:

– Product name/s
– Product code/s
– Quantities required
– Packaging requirements (such as using multiple boxes)
– Ship to address
– Contact name and phone number
– Purchase order number (if known)

3. Regen Medical will advise when orders have been dispatched and their estimated delivery time. Further updates will be provided should delays occur en route.

Charges

In addition to normal charges for Allograft, the cost of dedicated same-day courier and an Out of Hours Support charge will be applied for orders placed outside of standard business hours. Please see the tables above and below for further details.
